What we collect
When you send us a project inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, website, the services you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and your message.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include any in your message.
How we use it
We use your inquiry only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and manage any project that follows. We never sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Emails we send
When you submit an inquiry, we may send you a short confirmation email, and we will reply to you by email.
Our emails record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, using a small tracking image and tracked links. We use this only to make sure our emails arrive and are useful. Our emails never contain advertising trackers.
Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. These statistics are aggregated and do not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any project that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us or by sending a message through our contact form.
